Abdex Water Jetting and Fluid Transfer Technology Information Day

Abdex Fluid Transfer Technology is holding a Water Jetting and Fluid Control Technology Information Day on 19 April. The all-day event – to be held at the company’s premises at Commerce Way, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire – will feature an exhibition area and seminar programme, providing attendees with the opportunity to see live product demonstrations and discuss their individual requirements with some of Abdex’s key manufacturing partners, and to speak with leading trade associations to gain useful information about the latest trends and opportunities in the fluid power industry.

Abdex also welcomes attendees to celebrate the official launch of its new 600 page catalogue at a launch party to be held on the evening of the event. The informal party, which will be held at the Black Horse in Woburn, will include food & drink plus live music. Subject to the level of interest, Abex is also looking to organise a Golf Day on the day after the event.

11:15 – 11:30: Welcome address from Abdex.

11:30 – 12:15: BFPA - Hose and Connector Failure - Q&A, Information Seminar 2.

12:30 – 14:00: Buffet lunch.

12:45 – 13:15: Parker EN1829-2 - What is it and what does it give the customer? – Q&A, Information Seminar 3.

13:45 – 14:30: Uniflex/BFPA - Approved Hose Assembly Scheme, Crimp technology and the Perfect Hose Workshop - Q&A, Information Seminar 4.

15:00 – 15:45: A-Track/Asset management, live webinar from the USA – Q&A, Information Seminar 5.

16:00 – 16:45: BFPA - Identify, Inspect and Record - Q&A Information Seminar 6.

16:45 – 17:00: Closing address from Abdex.

17:30: Doors close.

19:00 – 20:30 Abdex Catalogue Launch.

Informal networking dinner and celebration - The Black Horse at Woburn.

20:30 – Close: Live Music.

At the Bell in Woburn 20 rooms are being held at these venues on a preferential bed and breakfast rate, single or double occupancy. Abdex can make the bookings on behalf of interested parties on a first come first served basis.
